At 15Hatfields we do everything we can to make sure that our venue is sustainable. If you’re not aware of sustainability, it’s making sure that we don’t use more than our fair share of resources so that there’s enough left for future generations.
So far, we’ve worked hard to make sure 15Hatfields is as sustainable as possible by:
- Developing a venue using products made from sustainable resources to help maximise energy efficiency
- Working with suppliers that share our passion for the environment, so everything we buy has a minimal impact on the environment
- Providing catering which is fair trade, organic or locally sourced reducing our food miles
- Supporting local businesses and neighbourhood ‘green initiatives'
- Reducing consumption through a comprehensive recycling scheme for customers and staff
- Introducing a no bottled water policy, saving thousands of litres a year
- Creating a healthy and safe place for people to work
