Everything ran perfectly at the AT Awards presentation finals, thanks to the 15Hatfields team. Nothing was too much trouble and our event moved seamlessly from morning coffee, to presentations, to lunch, to drinks reception. We were extremely pleased with our National MAT Awards which was held at 15Hatfields and we use the venue regularly for conferences. Apart from the obvious central location and great transport links, the 15Hatfields team always go above and beyond to ensure our attendees have a memorable and first-class evening.
It’s really important in line with our messaging at The Food Foundation that we offer healthy and sustainable food options at our events so we chose three vegan bowl food offerings to be as inclusive as possible and they were all delicious.

For the CN Sustainability Summit, we needed a venue that could support us in producing a low footprint event for our sponsors and delegates. The location was ideal for attendees to get there by public transport and the team were extremely helpful and always on hand to assist us where needed.
Thank you to all at 15Hatfields for hosting our training courses during the current pandemic. We are most impressed with the attention to detail and the efforts made to ensure the venue is COVID-secure. Many of our attendees have commented that they appreciate the work this has involved and are grateful to be able to attend a face-to-face course whilst feeling safe. In addition to the delegates who have attended the venue, many more have joined the courses by a live zoom link. This has worked extremely well and has enabled us to market to a wider audience than usual.
Thanks to Warren, Joe and the team for all of their help and hard work in supporting the interviews this week. Each of the Committee commented on how smoothly things ran and that they felt safe, despite the obvious concerns that everyone has about meeting up at the moment. From my perspective, things worked like clockwork.
15Hatfields is a fantastic venue. Its sustainable credentials, convenient location and excellent events team all contributed to the success of our event. We would not hesitate to recommend it. The sustainable credentials were what attracted us to the venue but the way the team handled the initial enquiry confirmed the venue as our number one choice. So much so, that we changed the date of the event to match the availability of the venue.
Great staff, lovely facility all round, modern equipment and the food was amazing.
As a vegan I am used to some pretty awful catering but 15Hatfields was excellent. The supplementary vegan salad I was given was probably the best salad I have ever had and the feedback from the delegates was all extremely positive!
15Hatfields offers contemporary and flexible space managed with a professional but human touch. The sustainable ethos of the venue is not the main reason that 15Hatfields was selected, but it is a factor that Landor LINKS appreciate as it chimes with our business ethos. We look forward to exploring ways of using the flexible spaces and additional room capacity at future events.
15 Hatfields is like a well-oiled machine, you all executed perfect service for us before during and after the event. From the many backwards and forwards sorting logistics with Joe over email before the event, to the team looking after us on the day, not forgetting the reception and cloakroom staff, even helping to arrange pickups post event.
We most certainly would recommend you and use you again for any conference we may look to put on.
