Expertly managed by our in-house team Present Communications, our hybrid events use web technology to allow up to 30 delegates to attend a COVID-secure meeting at our South Bank venue in central London. Our in-room experience can be broadcast to additional delegates who can attend the event online from wherever they are in the world. To support your hybrid meetings and conferences at 15Hatfields, we have created two new online daily delegate rate (ODDR) packages, offering unparalleled value for both in-person and online attendees.

Additional add-ons are also available, including professionally produced video for interludes and breaks during your event which are ideal for your event sponsors who can host specific slots to play promotional films. We can also build custom microsites with tailored features to host the online transmission of your event.
